Weber-Huff’s own Carol Christy does a tremendous amount of charity work with her women’s group, GFWC (Great Friends Working Cooperatively.) She was recently informed of a foster family in Maineville that was in need of a properly-sized furnace for their home. The family had 2 ‘special needs’ foster children at the time and their furnace was not properly heating the house. They were forced to run an electric fireplace and multiple space heaters just to keep the house warm enough for the kids, which was costing them a fortune.

Carol began contacting some of our customer contractors that we work with to see if anyone could help to find an inexpensive option for a furnace and the labor to install it. Most companies are very busy right now and understandably she wasn’t having much luck. That is, until Carol spoke with Rich Ziegler of Debra-Kuempel!!! Rich graciously offered to size the furnace for the home, AND committed to waiving the installation fee. Rich personally spent many hours on the project, and his service department made multiple visits to make sure the family received what they needed. They not only installed the new furnace but an air conditioning unit as well. The Debra-Kuempel company was instrumental in making this project happen.

The family is very grateful and said the installers were professional and courteous during the entire process. Weber-Huff would like to thank Rich and his entire Team for their time, effort and generosity in giving this situation a happy ending.
